The following terms and conditions set out the legal terms that apply to all customers of CmpGme ApS, company reg. no. (CVR) 45815838, Kastrupvej 208, 2770 Kastrup, Denmark ("Company Game").
1. Service features
1.1 Subscription packages
Company Game is offered as a monthly subscription in the packages CMO, CFO, CSO and Complete. The content and current price of each package (excl. VAT) is shown on the Subscription page in the platform before the purchase is completed. When several packages are purchased together, a bundle discount may apply and is shown before payment.
At sign-up the customer enters their payment card details and accepts these terms and conditions. If a free trial period is offered, the date of the first payment is clearly shown before the purchase is confirmed — nothing is charged before that date, and the subscription can be cancelled freely and at no cost before then.
The subscription is paid monthly in advance and renews automatically every month until cancelled. Cancellation can be made at any time in the platform (Settings → Subscription/Payment), subject to section 1.3 on the commitment period, and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for started periods unless otherwise agreed.
If a payment fails, it is retried automatically. If it continues to fail, access to the package may be suspended until payment is completed. Outstanding amounts for delivered periods remain due.
Company Game may change package prices and content with at least 30 days' notice to the end of a billing period. Notice is given by email and/or in the platform.
1.2 Start-up agreements
A start-up agreement is a one-off purchase of a service, regulated and signed by the parties involved. Decisions, measures, descriptions etc. carried out or made by the customer, and at the customer's expense, are not binding on Company Game. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions of the start-up agreement.
To promote good cooperation between the customer and Company Game and to avoid misunderstandings, Company Game provides informative help and advice to the customer. This service contains recommendations on how the customer sets up their business in Company Game. The service is advisory and non-binding, and Company Game is always held harmless in connection with the agreement with the customer.

- Starter package: Medium help — Price: DKK 3,750 excl. VAT
- Starter package: Max help — Price: DKK 7,500 excl. VAT
1.3 Commitment period
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, a commitment period of 60 days applies from the start of the subscription. During the commitment period the subscription cannot be terminated with effect before the end of the commitment period, and access to self-service cancellation may be restricted during this period. After the commitment period has expired, the subscription can be cancelled as described in section 1.1.
Any free trial period does not count towards the commitment period, and the subscription can always be cancelled freely and at no cost before the trial ends. The specific commitment period is always clearly disclosed before the purchase is completed.
2. Payment and payment security
The prices of the available products are shown on the applicable and current page in the platform. Subscription payments are charged automatically to the payment card registered by the customer.
Payments are handled by our certified payment partner Stripe, which meets the strictest security requirements (PCI DSS). Company Game never stores the customer's card details. Payments appear on the bank statement as COMPANYGAME
.
The customer can view and manage their payment card and invoices at any time by logging in to the platform under Settings → Payment
.
3. Delivery
Company Game is a digital service. Access to the platform is delivered immediately upon sign-up, and data, key figures and reports are generated continuously as the customer's data sources are connected.
4. Order confirmation and invoices
For every completed payment the customer receives a receipt email with a link to the invoice as a PDF. All invoices are also always available in the platform under Settings → Payment
. Keep a copy of the purchase terms for as long as you have an agreement for our services.
5. Right of return and withdrawal
The services are offered to businesses (B2B), and no right of withdrawal therefore applies unless it follows directly from mandatory legislation or is expressly agreed between the parties. Delivery of the digital service commences immediately upon sign-up.
6. Activation / deactivation of service
The customer can cancel their subscription or close their Company Game account by logging in to their profile. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deactivating access does not release the customer from paying amounts already due.
7. Taxes: VAT
All prices shown are excl. VAT. VAT is added automatically in accordance with applicable rules and is stated separately on the invoice.
8. Governing law, disputes and jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising under or in connection with these terms or the agreement, including their validity, the dispute will be referred to and resolved under Danish law under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
